About The Challenge
I have decided to make a change in my life, No more quick fix dieting that only last a few months or over the top gym programs that manage to burn us out in a few weeks and put us off gym for a few months or even Years!
I am putting myself of a six month challenge to reach my BMI and then a life time to maintain it.
Realist life changing decisions, lets face it – non of us are going to give up Chocolate for the rest of our lives, or go to gym ever day of the week. I know most of us think its down to the calorie intake and I’m sure most doctors would agree but I want to make changes in my life to avoid spending it counting and checking everything that I consume.
I will be setting myself weekly and monthly challenges. Changing something in my life every week to strive to be the skinnier, healthier version of myself
So here I come future skinny me, watch out!!!
