Go for blue!!!!

Ever wonder why McDonald’s colour scheme is yellow and red?

We are naturally drawn to red, yellow and orange in our dining area or restaurants because psychologically it stimulates us to want to eat — and eat a lot. Studies show if you put your food on blue plates it can cause you to eat less.

Save the world!

Every day I am becoming more and more aware of how we are killing our planet and I really want to do my bit to try save it. About 8 months ago I turned vegetarian, it was fist for the health benefits but it is
more and more becoming about ethical reasons. I’m not here asking all of you to turn vegetarian tomorrow but there are ways we can all start saving the planet.

Bottled water!

We are told we need to drink at least 2 litres of water a day, and if you’re like me then on a good gym work out you can probably meet that target very quickly. If you are buying bottled water every day to meet these targets then STOP!  There is nothing wrong with tap water! I live in the middle of London and drink tap
water every day.

Get yourself a good reusable bottle and start filling it up yourself.  Keep some in the fridge if you prefer a nice cold bottle.
