Unfortunately no update on my measurements today, got to gym this morning and the power went out so we all had to leave, but I promise on an update soon.
I have decided to take a meal replacement supplement for Breakfast, I have done some research and it seems
like the way to go. A lot of websites have said it is a good way to go, especially
if you are trying to lose weight. I was worried about if the shakes had the correct nutrition and energy needed for a good work out but have read that by law, meal replacement products must provide the recommended amount of nutrients needed for good health, so no worries there anymore.
When doing my research I found that www.weightlossresources.co.uk
had a large amount of information and very user friendly, another good one was the article on the www.ivillage.com website titled “The Truth About Meal Replacement”
Now the decision is which band to use?
